It is fine to have a fire deep inside, something that drives you forward and keeps you going when times get hard. Getting angry and frustrated at times is perfectly acceptable however having an anger which is self-destructive is only going to hold you back in life.
Having a hatred for something or someone will simply cause you to waste both time and effort. There is not a person on this planet who we, at L & M, hate; we instead focus that time and effort into making ourselves a better person each and every day.
Just think about what I wrote. You're spending time pent up in frustration and anger when you could be using that time so much more productively. Why would you let something that upsets you so much take up a substantial amount of your valuable time?!!
As long as you continue to let this feeling control you...you'll continue getting Beat!
What is important is for you to recognise at which point your anger turns into something more. Anger, when handled the right way, is a great tool for self-motivation, a catalyst for change, a red flag that something isn't quite right. Channelling that anger into a constructive goal can improve your performance or mood. On the other hand if you let that anger fester and slowly grow into something more sinister i.e. wrath you will find yourself on a path that won't benefit you or the people around you. It can damage your health, your relationships, your focus, and your drive.
Convert the time spent with wrath and use it to become something, or someone, greater.
