OK this one is going to be short and sweet, straight to the point because I am sick of how bad peoples attitudes get when they get a little bit of success.
You have been following us for a while now and no doubt are stating to see results in your life, starting to be successful. Well that is only going to continue to grow as we enter 2015, but, it will hit you like a freight train and send you back to the start if you don't get your attitude right. Here's what I mean. When you start getting promoted at work, getting better at your chosen sport etc. you will then be in charge of other people, some people (you know the type) let the success get to their head, they forget where they came from and start thinking they are somehow better than everyone else and therefore think they can just treat them like shit. You must avoid this at all costs! That attitude will only make people not want to work for you and then your success will slow or even go backwards.
Now don't get me wrong, I am in no way telling you to start caring what others think of you and to change your whole mindset and belief just to please your workers,no, that would be against everything we stand for. What I am telling you though is to remember that the people under you are humans too, not just some robots to be used. You meet all those people you wronged on the way up when you are on the way down so treat them with the respect they deserve.
I suggest you read "Man's search for meaning" by Victor Frankl to get more in depth on this subject and to help you become better at getting your attitude right for even more success.
So look I am not going to waste your time by going in deep on this one because I already know you know exactly what I am getting at, we all have that boss who started with us at the bottom of the ladder but is now a dick because the money has changed him/her, those people are never happy inside and that is not the L&M mindset. Do you think that we here at L&M got to where we are by barking orders at people and treating them like dirt? No, we got here because we realise that it can't be done on your own, we all need help at some point.
If you needed help from others right now, how many people would drop what they're doing and come help? What does that say about your attitude?
"If life is a game, aren't we all on the same team?"
