Whenever there’s an argument between your heart and your mind.
Follow your heart.
There are things that your heart feels and wants, which your mind cannot comprehend. There are things which are 'not feasible, not practical, and illogical' but your heart wants them anyway.
Any why is that?
You see your mind is the one which has been programmed. Your mind has been told over the years by peers, colleagues, classmates, parents, teachers etc that there are limits in this world. That there are things which aren’t realistic for people to be doing. And therein lies the problem.
When you are born, you experience the world with your heart. You are too young to have any ideas, but it doesn’t stop you from being able to feel. As we get older we listen less to our heart, and start losing touch with ourselves. We give into the societal pressure and conform. We associate certain feelings with being ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’
It will take courage. People will think you are mental, that you aren’t living in the real world. They will distrust you. Forget these people. They want to continue listening to their limits then that is fine, we shall see them FROM the top instead of AT the top.
Once you start listening to the heart more, you will be led down a path that is needed. This will involve a life that has no limits, that has endless opportunities and is full of enrichment. You will be tested to the extreme, but you know every second will be worth it. And once you start listening to the heart more, the mind will follow suit.
Let us make this the new ‘norm’.
